Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud costs through architectural improvements and resource automation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar DevOps tools
- Implement robust security frameworks including IAM policies, network ACLs, and encryption protocols
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for high-traffic applications
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for cloud operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with AWS/GCP/Azure certifications
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
- Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
- Deep understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPC, subnets, load balancers, DNS)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
