Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead migration of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Optimize cloud costs through automation and resource governance strategies
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Spinnaker
- Implement robust security controls including IAM policies, VPC design, and compliance frameworks
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical cloud infrastructure incidents
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct infrastructure code reviews
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with AWS/GCP/Azure
- Expert proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash for automation
- Certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect)
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Proven track record of designing secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud environments
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
