Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Automate deployment pipelines and infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and CI/CD tools.
- Lead incident response efforts and implement proactive monitoring and alerting strategies.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization to drive cost efficiency and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into infrastructure design.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion infrastructure-as-code (IaC) standards across the organization.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and mitigate potential performance bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, site reliability engineering, or DevOps roles.
- Deep expertise in AWS or GCP cloud services (EC2, EKS, RDS, VPC, Cloud Run).
- Advanced proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Go for automation tasks.
- Strong background in container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols, load balancing, and security configurations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
