Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Lead migration of on-premises workloads to cloud-native environments
- Optimize cloud costs while ensuring 99.99% uptime and security compliance
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for high-traffic applications
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for cloud operations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud infrastructure with 3+ years in AWS/GCP/Azure
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills in Python/Bash and infrastructure automation
- Certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Proven track record in designing multi-region deployments
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex cloud challenges
