Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance across multi-cloud environments
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production systems
- Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions with infrastructure-as-code best practices
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud-native technologies
- Establish monitoring and logging solutions using ELK Stack and Prometheus
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct regular architecture reviews
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management
- Strong understanding of networking (VPC, VPN, Load Balancers) and security best practices
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm) and serverless architectures
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
