Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP environments.
- Lead the migration and optimization of containerized applications using Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
- Develop and manage robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows and minimize downtime.
- Implement advanced security protocols and compliance standards across all cloud services.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Pulumi).
- Monitor system performance, perform root-cause analysis, and proactively address system bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional software teams to design highly available and fault-tolerant architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Deep proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration at scale.
- Strong experience with scripting and automation using Python, Go, or Bash.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, mission-critical production environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
