Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP.
- Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Pulumi.
- Optimize production environments for performance, cost-efficiency, and high availability.
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis for cloud-based systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across cross-functional teams.
- Implement advanced CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance and hardened architecture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- Advanced proficiency with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Strong expertise in Linux system administration and networking protocols.
- Proven experience managing high-traffic cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical debt and solutions.
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
