We're seeking a visionary Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to transform complex business challenges into scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud environments. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely 3 days/week while collaborating with elite talent in our state-of-the-art Austin innovation lab.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS/GCP/Azure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead Kubernetes orchestration and CI/CD pipeline optimization using GitLab and Jenkins
- Develop infrastructure-as-code templates with emphasis on security and compliance frameworks
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for mission-critical applications
- Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration ecosystems
- Advanced certification in AWS/GCP/Azure (e.g., Solutions Architect, Professional)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Strong scripting skills in Python/Bash for automation
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and observability platforms
- Demonstrated success in leading complex cloud migrations and deployments
