Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to manage multi-environment deployments.
- Optimize cloud spending through rigorous monitoring, resource auditing, and architectural adjustments.
- Develop and refine automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment cycles.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-level outages.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices regarding cloud security and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate microservices architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure engineering.
- Expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3) and modern container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Go for automation tasks.
- Strong grasp of networking fundamentals (VPC, DNS, Load Balancing, VPN).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
