Responsibilities
- Architect and scale highly-available infrastructure on AWS/GCP platforms.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible.
- Monitor system performance, implement proactive alerting, and lead incident response.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle.
- Optimize cloud consumption costs without compromising application performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion infrastructure-as-code (IaC) standards across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps roles.
- Advanced proficiency with AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS, Lambda) or Google Cloud Platform equivalent.
- Deep understanding of container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Expertise in scripting with Python, Go, or Bash.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure deployments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
