Job Description
NexusScale Systems is seeking a visionary Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to architect, automate, and scale our global cloud footprint. You will play a pivotal role in transitioning our monolithic legacy systems into high-performance, containerized microservices orchestrated via Kubernetes.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable cloud architecture on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable delivery of software services.
- Implement proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production environment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development workflows and cloud resource efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices for cloud security and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, site reliability engineering, or DevOps roles.
- Advanced proficiency in AWS services (EKS, RDS, Lambda, S3, IAM).
- Strong expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Go for automation tasks.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols, security best practices, and cost-optimization strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions across the organization.
