Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for microservices deployment at scale
- Architect cost-optimized, secure cloud solutions with zero-trust principles
- Collaborate with SRE teams to achieve 99.99% service availability
- Automate infrastructure monitoring using Prometheus/Grafana and ELK stack
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cloud engineering with AWS/Azure certifications (Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer)
- Expertise in Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Terraform, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) for infrastructure automation
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability platforms
- Proven ability to optimize cloud costs while improving performance
- Background in security compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
