Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Optimize cloud resource utilization while ensuring 99.99% uptime and security compliance
- Lead migration of legacy systems to cloud-native microservices architecture
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Kubernetes Operators
- Implement cost optimization strategies and cloud governance frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct infrastructure code reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/GCP certification
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation scripting
- Strong background in networking (VPC, load balancing, DNS)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Knowledge of security best practices (IAM, VPC endpoints, encryption)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
