We are seeking a visionary Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain robust, high-availability infrastructure that supports millions of users globally. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to migrate legacy systems to cloud-native architectures while mentoring junior engineers and driving best practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain highly scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Pulumi.
- Drive the automation of deployment pipelines using CI/CD methodologies to ensure 99.99% system uptime.
- Lead security hardening initiatives and ensure compliance with SOC2 and GDPR standards.
- Perform deep-dive performance analysis and capacity planning for mission-critical services.
- Mentor mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical knowledge sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with SRE teams to enhance monitoring, alerting, and incident response workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Cloud Infrastructure or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Deep expertise in AWS or GCP, with professional-level certifications preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in scripting with Python, Go, or Bash.
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes orchestration and containerization (Docker).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale production environments in a distributed systems context.
- Strong understanding of network security, VPC design, and load balancing configurations.
