Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Architect high-availability systems with multi-region deployments and disaster recovery
- Monitor and optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.99% service availability
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for cloud security and compliance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps
- Expert-level proficiency in AWS/GCP services and IaaS/PaaS platforms
- Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Bash for automation
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Certified Solutions Architect (AWS/GCP) or equivalent
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and performance
