Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS and GCP.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices using Terraform and Pulumi.
- Drive automation initiatives for deployment pipelines and monitoring workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to optimize cloud resource utilization and cost.
- Lead post-mortem analysis and implement robust disaster recovery strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of reliability and security.
- Manage container orchestration environments using Kubernetes at scale.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh architectures.
- Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Bash for automation.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Solid grasp of networking, security protocols, and zero-trust architecture.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
