Responsibilities
- Architect and implement secure, resilient AWS/GCP/Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud costs through resource automation and architecture reviews
- Lead migration projects from legacy on-premise to cloud-native deployments
- Design CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning and application deployment
- Develop monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to ensure compliance with SOC 2/GDPR
- Document infrastructure blueprints and runbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with AWS/GCP/Azure
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation)
- Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Go, or PowerShell)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
- Certification in AWS/GCP/Azure or equivalent cloud architecture experience
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
