Responsibilities
- Architect and implement multi-cloud infrastructure solutions using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud costs through strategic resource allocation and auto-scaling configurations
- Lead incident response for production cloud environments with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Design CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and AWS CodePipeline
- Conduct security hardening and compliance auditing for cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud best practices and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement observability solutions with Prometheus and Grafana
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure with AWS/Azure/GCP certifications
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Advanced proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in network architecture (VPC design, VPNs, load balancing)
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and monitoring
- Knowledge of security frameworks (CIS Benchmarks, SOC 2 compliance)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs while maintaining performance
