Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, and IaC best practices
- Lead migration of legacy systems to cloud-native microservices architectures
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and costs through FinOps methodologies
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Architect high-availability solutions with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS) and service mesh technologies
- Develop monitoring systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Conduct security assessments and implement zero-trust architecture principles
- Mentor junior engineers and drive infrastructure automation initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Expert-level proficiency with at least two major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Advanced knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Strong scripting abilities in Python, Go, or Bash for automation
- Certifications in AWS/GCP/Azure or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) preferred
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Deep understanding of networking, security, and compliance frameworks
- Proven track record of leading complex cloud migration projects
