Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms
- Lead migration strategies for legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
- Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and implement cost governance frameworks
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments
- Conduct security assessments and implement compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices across the team
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with AWS/Azure
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Certifications in AWS/Azure and/or DevOps practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Demonstrated success in optimizing cloud costs and performance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
