Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement disaster recovery solutions.
- Enforce security best practices, compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA), and data governance policies.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure seamless deployment and operational excellence.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers on cloud best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong proficiency with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and/or Azure services.
- Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in scripting and automation languages (Python, Bash, Go).
- Experience with Configuration Management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (VPC, Load Balancers, DNS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
