Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Lead migration strategies for legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
- Develop disaster recovery and high-availability frameworks for mission-critical applications
- Establish cloud governance frameworks and cost optimization strategies
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Ansible
- Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in cloud infrastructure with 5+ years in architecture roles
- Expert-level certification (AWS Solutions Architect Expert/Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Experience with multi-cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices
- Proven track record of leading successful cloud migrations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
