Responsibilities
- Design and oversee global clinical trial protocols for Phase II-III studies
- Manage cross-functional teams including CRAs, biostatisticians, and medical monitors
- Ensure regulatory compliance with ICH-GCP and local health authority requirements
- Lead risk-based monitoring strategies and site selection processes
- Analyze clinical data and prepare regulatory submissions for EMA/FDA
- Represent clinical development at internal governance committees
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- 8+ years clinical research experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Certification as CRA (ACRP/SoCRA) or equivalent
- Proven track record in leading complex global trials
- Deep expertise in cardiovascular/metabolic therapeutic areas
- Strong proficiency in eClinical systems (Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault)
- Fluency in English and German required
