Responsibilities
- Design and execute global clinical trial protocols aligned with regulatory standards (ICH-GCP)
- Lead cross-functional teams including CROs, investigators, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee clinical operations, data management, and safety monitoring
- Ensure timely delivery of clinical trial milestones and regulatory submissions
- Develop innovative risk-based monitoring strategies
- Maintain compliance with FDA, EMA, and other global regulations
- Represent clinical research in cross-functional development meetings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of clinical research experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Proven expertise in Phase I-III trial management and oversight
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, and EMA regulations
- Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and CTMS
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Professional certification (e.g., ACRP, SOCRA) highly desirable
