Responsibilities
- Design and execute Phase I-III clinical trials with 15+ investigator sites
- Lead cross-functional teams of biostatisticians, data managers, and regulatory affairs specialists
- Ensure 100% compliance with FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Manage $2M+ research budgets and vendor relationships
- Present findings at international conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior research staff and develop SOPs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or related field
- 8+ years of clinical trial management in oncology/immunology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent
- Proven track record of FDA submissions and site activation
- Advanced proficiency in EDC systems (Medidata Rave)
- Experience with complex budget negotiations and financial oversight
- Strong publication record in high-impact medical journals
