Responsibilities
- Design and execute global Phase II-III clinical trials in oncology/immunology
- Lead cross-functional teams (medical, regulatory, data management)
- Ensure protocol compliance and GCP adherence across 15+ sites
- Manage trial budgets exceeding CHF 5M with financial oversight
- Present trial data to regulatory authorities and ethics committees
- Drive innovation in clinical trial methodologies and digital endpoints
Qualifications
- PhD or PharmD with 8+ years clinical research experience
- Proven leadership in global oncology/immunology trials
- ICH-GCP and EMA/FDA regulatory expertise
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in eCRF systems (Medidata Rave)
- Fluency in English; German beneficial
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
