Responsibilities
- Design and execute global Phase II-III clinical trials in therapeutic areas like oncology and immunology
- Lead cross-functional teams (15+ members) across CROs, sites, and internal departments
- Ensure GCP/ICH compliance and regulatory strategy alignment
- Analyze complex clinical data and present findings to senior leadership
- Manage trial budgets exceeding $15M and optimize resource allocation
- Drive process improvements to enhance trial efficiency and patient recruitment
Qualifications
- PhD or PharmD in Life Sciences with 8+ years clinical research experience
- Proven track record leading global Phase II-III trials in therapeutic areas
- ICH-GCP certification and deep knowledge of FDA/EMA regulations
- Expertise in clinical data management systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing international teams
- Fluency in English; German proficiency highly valued
