Responsibilities
- Design and oversee multi-center oncology clinical trials from protocol development to final report submission
- Manage cross-functional teams including physicians, data analysts, and regulatory specialists
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ICH-GCP standards, and institutional review board protocols
- Analyze complex clinical data and prepare regulatory submissions for FDA/EMA approval
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic medical centers and biotechnology firms
- Mentor junior research staff and implement process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of clinical research experience with 3+ years in oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Demonstrated expertise in FDA/EMA regulatory compliance and protocol design
- Strong proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Exceptional project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed medical journals
