Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ researchers and coordinators
- Ensure 100% compliance with FDA/ICH-GCP regulations
- Analyze complex trial data and prepare regulatory submissions
- Manage $2M+ annual research budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Present findings at international medical conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in clinical methodology best practices
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or related field
- 8+ years of clinical trial management experience in medical devices
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent
- Demonstrated success with FDA submissions and inspections
- Expertise in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong statistical analysis skills (SAS/R proficiency)
- Proven leadership in multi-site international trials
- Published research in peer-reviewed medical journals
