Responsibilities
- Design and execute clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/ICH/GCP compliance
- Recruit and retain diverse patient cohorts while maintaining ethical standards
- Oversee data collection, monitoring, and analysis using EDC systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, regulatory, biostatistics)
- Manage site budgets, vendor relationships, and investigational product logistics
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain trial documentation
- Mentor junior staff and conduct site initiation/closing visits
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (BS with 5+ years experience)
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Minimum 4 years oncology/rare disease trial coordination experience
- Expertise in EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical)
- Proven success in FDA/EMA regulatory compliance
- Strong data management and statistical analysis skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
