Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-site clinical trials adhering to FDA/ICH-GCP standards
- Manage electronic data capture systems and ensure data integrity
- Oversee site compliance and regulatory documentation
- Lead investigator meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Analyze clinical data and prepare regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior coordinators and implement process improvements
- Represent the company at industry conferences and audits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination in oncology/rare diseases
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) required
- Proficiency in Medidata Rave and CTMS platforms
- Demonstrated experience with FDA 1572 and essential documents
- Strong data management and statistical analysis skills
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder communication abilities
