Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee complex clinical trials ensuring strict protocol adherence and regulatory compliance
- Manage recruitment strategies and maintain diverse participant pools for oncology studies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary research teams including physicians, nurses, and data specialists
- Conduct thorough data collection, analysis, and report preparation for FDA submissions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure HIPAA/GCP compliance
- Present research findings at national conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
- Mentor junior coordinators and optimize clinical trial workflows
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical research coordination experience in oncology/immunology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) and regulatory databases
- Demonstrated expertise in FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and 21 CFR compliance
- Strong statistical analysis skills using SAS or R
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to recruit diverse study populations
- Proven track record of successful trial management and publication record
