Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-phase clinical trials in oncology research
- Ensure strict adherence to FDA, GCP, and institutional regulatory standards
- Manage comprehensive patient recruitment strategies and retention protocols
- Oversee data integrity through meticulous documentation and quality control
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including physicians, biostatisticians, and regulatory experts
- Develop and maintain IRB submissions and ongoing trial documentation
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive reports for publication
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in oncology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in FDA 21 CFR Part 312 regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in REDCap and electronic data capture systems
- Strong statistical knowledge for trial design and data interpretation
- Proven track record of managing complex multi-site trials
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
