Responsibilities
- Design and oversee implementation of complex clinical trial protocols across 3+ sites
- Manage regulatory documentation (FDA, IRB) with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate investigator meetings and ensure protocol adherence through regular audits
- Mentor 2-3 junior CRCs on GCP standards and study procedures
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive reports for sponsors and ethics committees
- Liaise with pharmaceutical partners to ensure seamless trial execution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in oncology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Expertise in FDA 21 CFR Part 312 and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Proven track record of managing multi-center oncology trials
- Advanced proficiency in Medidata Rave and CTMS platforms
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring research teams
