Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution from protocol design to final report submission
- Ensure FDA/EU regulatory compliance and GCP adherence across all trial phases
- Coordinate multi-site investigator meetings and maintain collaborative relationships with research partners
- Implement electronic data capture systems and validate data quality protocols
- Manage study budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for complex oncology trials
- Mentor junior staff and conduct internal SOP training sessions
- Present findings to institutional review boards and sponsors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience with oncology focus
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Medidata Rave and clinical trial management systems
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-center oncology trials
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA 21 CFR Part regulations
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with FDA audit preparation and documentation
