Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of clinical trial protocols from IRB submission to final reporting
- Manage site initiation, patient recruitment, and data collection activities
- Ensure strict adherence to FDA regulations and GCP standards
- Mentor 3-5 junior research coordinators
- Develop and maintain relationships with principal investigators and sponsors
- Analyze clinical data and prepare regulatory submissions
- Coordinate with biostatisticians for protocol design and endpoint analysis
- Represent BMC at national research conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience with oncology focus
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification
- Expert knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 312 and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in REDCap and Oracle Clinical systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing multi-center trials with $1M+ budgets
- Prior experience with EDC systems and ePRO implementations
