Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor Phase I-III clinical trials adhering to FDA/ICH-GCP standards
- Recruit, screen, and retain diverse patient cohorts while maintaining ethical study protocols
- Analyze complex biomedical data using SAS/R and generate comprehensive study reports
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including biostatisticians, physicians, and regulatory affairs specialists
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, and institutional review board requirements
- Present findings at medical conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related life sciences field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in pharmaceutical or biotech setting
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) and statistical software
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-site trials with 100+ participants
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and international clinical trial standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to regulatory documentation
