Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial management including protocol development, site initiation, and close-out
- Ensure strict adherence to FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and ethical standards
- Manage complex data collection, monitoring, and reporting processes
- Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies for seamless trial execution
- Mentor junior staff and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct site visits and audits to maintain protocol integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of clinical research coordination experience in therapeutic areas
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proven expertise in FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and EDC systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to regulatory nuances
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in cross-functional teams
- Experience with oncology or rare disease trials highly valued
