Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial management from protocol design to FDA submission
- Coordinate multi-site research activities ensuring GCP compliance and data integrity
- Lead investigator meetings and regulatory documentation processes
- Implement patient recruitment strategies achieving 95%+ enrollment targets
- Train and mentor junior research staff on SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with biostatisticians for data analysis and reporting
- Manage research budgets and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination in oncology or rare disease
- ICH-GCP/FDA regulatory compliance expertise
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification
- Advanced proficiency in CTMS and EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Proven track record in complex multi-site trial management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
