Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end management of Phase II-III clinical trials, including site activation, IRB submissions, and protocol adherence
- Lead data quality initiatives through source data verification and CRF management
- Mentor junior staff and conduct investigator meetings across 3+ trial sites
- Ensure GCP compliance and FDA audit readiness through SOP development
- Collaborate with biostatisticians on interim analysis and endpoint validation
- Develop patient recruitment strategies achieving 95% enrollment targets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in oncology
- CCRA or ACRP-CP certification required
- Expertise in Medidata Rave and REDCap systems
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-center trials
- Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 312 and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
