- Design and execute multi-phase clinical trials ensuring protocol adherence and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including investigators, sponsors, and ethics committees
- Oversee patient recruitment strategies and retention protocols for diverse cohorts
- Analyze and interpret complex biomedical data using EDC systems and statistical software
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain comprehensive audit trails
- Present findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, or related life science field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination with FDA/ICH-GCP compliance
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent credential
- Expertise in oncology or rare disease therapeutic areas preferred
- Advanced proficiency in REDCap, Medidata Rave, or equivalent EDC platforms
- Demonstrated success in managing site activations and vendor relationships
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management and patient education
