Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution across 3+ research sites
- Coordinate FDA submissions and maintain IRB documentation
- Implement EDC systems and ensure GCP compliance
- Mentor junior staff and train investigators on protocols
- Analyze safety data and prepare regulatory reports
- Liaise with sponsors, CROs, and ethics committees
- Optimize trial budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research or related field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) credential
- Expertise in oncology or rare disease trials
- Advanced proficiency in Medidata Rave and Oracle CTMS
- Proven track record of FDA audit readiness
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
