Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial management from protocol design to final reporting
- Recruit, screen, and consent patients while maintaining ethical standards
- Monitor adverse events and ensure protocol adherence per FDA/ICH guidelines
- Analyze and interpret complex clinical data using SAS/SPSS
- Train junior staff on GCP and institutional SOPs
- Coordinate with IRB, sponsors, and regulatory bodies for compliance
- Present findings at scientific conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in oncology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 312 and ICH-GCP
- Experience managing multi-center studies with 100+ subjects
- Exceptional communication skills for patient and stakeholder interactions
