Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor Phase I-III clinical trials per FDA/ICH guidelines
- Recruit, screen, and retain diverse patient cohorts while maintaining ethical standards
- Manage complex data systems (Medidata Rave) and ensure audit-ready documentation
- Train and mentor junior staff on GCP protocols and institutional procedures
- Collaborate with biostatisticians and pharmaceutical sponsors on protocol amendments
- Present findings at national conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or Clinical Research with 5+ years' experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proven expertise in oncology trial management and EDC systems
- Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 312 and ICH-GCP regulations
- Exceptional data management and regulatory submission skills
- Experience with budget development and grant writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to navigate complex institutional hierarchies
