Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize EHR workflows to enhance clinical efficiency
- Analyze clinical data to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Train clinicians on health information systems and best practices
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to resolve system issues
- Develop and maintain clinical decision support tools
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data security standards
- Lead informatics projects from conception to implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Health Informatics, Nursing, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical informatics experience in healthcare
- Certified Health Information Systems Professional (CHISP) or equivalent
- Expertise in Epic or Cerner EHR systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with healthcare data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
