Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex clinical trial and patient data using advanced statistical methods
- Develop and maintain secure data pipelines compliant with HIPAA and FDA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design clinical research studies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for clinical decision support
- Validate data integrity and implement quality control measures
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in healthcare data science
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in clinical data analysis or healthcare analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python with healthcare data libraries
- Certification in Clinical Data Management (CCDM) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and clinical databases
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of oncology or cardiology clinical trials preferred
