Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex clinical datasets from EHRs, wearables, and medical imaging to identify trends and patterns
- Develop statistical models and algorithms for predicting patient outcomes and treatment efficacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinicians, data scientists, product managers) to define analytical requirements
- Create comprehensive data visualizations and reports for executive leadership and clinical stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA regulations, and healthcare data privacy standards
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for clinical data validation and quality control
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Health Informatics, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis with proven track record of clinical insights
- Expertise in SQL, R/Python, and healthcare data platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations
- Certification in Clinical Data Management (CCDM) or Healthcare Analytics preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical findings into actionable clinical recommendations
- Experience with real-world evidence (RWE) studies and FDA submissions
