Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines for clinical trial and patient outcome datasets
- Develop predictive analytics models to identify treatment efficacy patterns and patient risk factors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex findings into actionable clinical recommendations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA regulations, and data governance protocols
- Create interactive dashboards for real-time monitoring of clinical KPIs and trial progress
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Maintain and optimize data quality frameworks for clinical research databases
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical data analysis experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
- Expert proficiency in SQL, R, and Python with healthcare data libraries
- Certification in clinical data management (e.g., CDISC) or health data analytics (e.g., CHDA)
- Deep understanding of EHR systems, clinical trial methodologies, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex statistical findings for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with healthcare data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
