Responsibilities
- Analyze complex clinical datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for care optimization
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for EHR, lab results, and patient-reported outcomes
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for clinical leadership and research teams
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA regulations, and data governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Health Informatics, Biostatistics, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical data analysis experience in healthcare settings
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R for statistical modeling
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, LOINC)
- Certification in clinical data management (e.g., CDISC) or healthcare analytics preferred
- Experience with healthcare BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire)
