Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale clinical datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership and clinical staff.
- Collaborate with IT and Clinical Operations to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Develop and automate SQL queries and reporting scripts to streamline administrative workflows.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and data security protocols across all data handling processes.
- Conduct statistical analyses to support clinical trials and research initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical data analysis, health informatics, or a related healthcare IT role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and HL7/FHIR standards.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Certification in healthcare data standards (e.g., CDIP) is highly preferred.
